I have tried many films over my time in the industry and have only just recently discovered your SunTek product. I am very impressed by the overall optical clarity and ease of installation of the complete auto and Flat/Glass range, as I'm getting through it and have now made SunTek my primary film supplier. Also may I mention that the staff at the Sydney office has been very obliging and most helpful with accepting me on board as a new customer and have always been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would also like to say that the Brand Manager Kieren Bird, although having a short history in the industry surprised me, his attitude is very positive and refreshing to deal with and is always happy to help out on the "coal face". One last mention is the above and beyond attitude Gail in accounts has. I needed to do an install of Anti-Graffiti 6mil on a Saturday morning at 6am and the job was only accepted late on the Friday. I rang them to see what they could do for me and Gail offered to come in on the Saturday at 5.30am just to open up and give me the film.... and then go home. I was both shocked and impressed, naturally I said I can't accept that and we made alternate arrangements. My point being, I never witnessed anyone going above and beyond for even there most important clients. This is the sort of customer service that is going to make SunTek a huge Success over here in Australia. |
